To ensure manufacturing quality and production and delivery on-time, PEASWAY has the followings:

Machineries and Hardwares

We have our long-term cooperation suppliers for the plastic parts, with 5 plastic injection machines and other necessary equipments for the plastic molding.

2 assembling lines of SMT PCB.

Within the 1000 square feet premises, we have our testing lab, warehouse, Quality Assurance, R&D, office.

2 standard UL smoke testing machines for the smoke detectors in manufacturing can assure 100% tested sensitivity of detectors.

1 standard UL smoke testing machine to perform testing of newly developed products as well as preparation of samples of the detectors to comply with different approvals;

Semi-automatic mass burn-in rooms for 24/48 hours testing of final assembled products before packing;

1 calibration room for sensitivity adjustment and environment test;

1 standard UL smoke tunnel for UL safety approvals testing and calibration.

Softwares

Pro/E, Protel, AutoCAD, Illustrator, CorelDraw, Photoshop, Microsoft Office are used at the processes of 3-D product design, PCB design, layout design, products presentation. We develop many new products every year based on the market and customers’ needs. Logistics

No matter what quantities you ordered and what special requirements or even your OEM localization concerns, PEASWAY always has the sufficient manufacturing and logistics capability to stay on time for delivery.

Warranty

All PEASWAY detectors are ensured by a 5-year limited warranty from the date of manufacturing, batteries are not covered by this warranty. In the unlikely event that a product must be returned, it will be evaluated and promptly repaired or exchanged if necessary.
